Can you believe it’s Christmas Eve already? Well today I have my Christmas TBR to share with you all. I don’t really have any plans for tonight—I’m spending it with my family but we’ll probably just eat and watch a movie. As for Christmas Day itself after lunch with my family, the plans are to cuddle up with Percy and watch the new Bridgertons series with Angel.

But I should have more than enough time to read between all of that, so I’ve picked out three Christmas books to read!

Hercule Poirot’s Christmas by Agatha Christe

I’ve been planning to get to this one all year and I’ve spent the last few weeks reading the books before this one in the Poirot series so that I’d be ready for it. I don’t really know what to expect from this one beyond the usual Poirot stuff—I like going into Christie’s books not knowing much more than what I can gather from the titles and covers. This one obviously doesn’t give much away with either the title or cover other than it’s Christmas and possibly snowing? I am a little sad to read this one as every book I do read gets me a little closer to finishing the Poirot series and what am I going to do after that? Well, other than you know, reread all my favourite ones again and again.

Seduction on a Snowy Night by Madeline Hunter, Sabrina Jeffries and Mary Jo Putney

I managed to pick this one up on Kindle Unlimited a couple of days ago and I’m excited to give it a go. I’ve read Sabrina Jeffries before—she’s one of my favourite romance authors, but I’ve never read anything by Madeline Hunter or Mary Jo Putney before. These are only little Christmas-themed stories, so I think it’ll be a nice way for me to see if I like them. I believe Sabrina Jeffries’ story connects to one of her series, Duke Dynasty, but I haven’t read those and I’m reading a different series of hers at the moment so I hope it won’t make too much of a difference. I’ve never read a historical romance set around Christmas, so I’m hoping that I enjoy as much as I enjoy HR set any other time of the year.

Wrapped Up In You by Talia Hibbert

When I saw this one come up on Kobo I knew I had to have it. I haven’t read any Talia Hibbert yet—I just bought Get A Life, Chloe Brown last month and haven’t had the chance to read it yet. So I guess I’m taking a bit of a gamble here considering my luck with contemporary romance in the past, but I’m hoping Talia Hibbert will join the ranks of Rebecca Yarros and Elle Kennedy, who are really the only contemporary romances authors I’ve liked enough to read multiple books from. If we could all just cross our fingers and toes for me, that would be great. I mean, this just sounds like a super cute Christmas romance and apparently it includes lots of cats? I’m here for that, so hopefully I end up really enjoying it.
