With 2021 almost over I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about my goals for next year. I’ll of course be sharing a post about my reading goals for 2022 in a few days time, but today I wanted to talk about a movie challenge I’ve set myself.

In the first half of the year, while doing a film elective for Uni, I realised that there were just a lot of movies I’d not seen. I’m one of those people who loves a good challenge, a good list and so I’ve decided to make myself a movie challenge for 2022.

I won’t lie—it’s not very fancy or organised at all, but I’ve decided to challenge myself to watch 100 new-to-me movies within the year. I also tend to be one of those people who just rewatches the same thing a million times (hello, The Mummy) and so I’d like to broaden my horizons and watch some new things.

I’m going to keep it pretty low-key and just share a few updates, maybe some sort of mini-reviews I guess, throughout the year. But for now, that’s it for today.
