2024 Releases That Have Already Caught My Eye

Can you believe that we’re not really that far away from the end of 2023? It’s mid-September already and I feel like October, November and December are going to fly past. With the end of the year approaching, it does mean books have started to be announced for 2024.

I’m terrible at reading new releases (which I’ll talk about next week), but I do love putting them onto my TBR. So today, I’ve got five 2024 releases that have already caught my eye.

A Fragile Enchantment by Allison Saft

Let’s not pretend that it wasn’t the cover that drew me to this book. I love illustrated covers and I also really enjoy the pastel, whimsical vibes of this one. I’m not entirely sure if this is fantasy romance or YA fantasy because Goodreads says both, but it sounds really good either way. It’s due out in late January so it’s not too much of wait for it either.

The Bride Bet (Girl Meets Duke #4) by Tessa Dare

I’m not entirely sure if this one is true or not. It was due out in 2020 and was pushed back and I haven’t really heard anything since. I’m hoping that it’s true because I’d really like to finish this series off and if it’s delayed again, I think I might end up just unhauling my copies.

Icebound (Boundless Players #1) by Meredith Trapp

This year has seen me reentering my ice hockey romance era and I’ve been loving it. There’s no details about this one other than it’s ‘a steamy, fake dating, age-gap hockey romance’ and that was enough for it to go on my TBR. It’s due out February 20th so hopefully we’ll see some more details soon.

Skybriar (Skybriar #1) by Talia Hibbert

I love Talia Hibbert. She’s one of my top three favourite contemporary romance authors and I’m so excited to have her next book. The only information about this one so far is that it’s the start of a new series of Austen inspired romcoms. I also love Austen so I don’t think there’s any chance I’m not going to love this. It’s not out until August 6th though.

Only and Forever (The Begman Brothers #7) by Chloe Liese

Chloe Liese is another one of my top three actually, so next year should be incredibly exciting. This is the final book in the Bergman Brothers series. I’ve been pacing myself so I’m a few books behind, but I cannot wait to get my hands on this one on April 9th.

So those are the ones grabbing me the most right now. As we get closer to the end of the year, I’m excited to hear about all the others that end up getting announced. Have any caught your eye so far?
