Today we’re doing something a little different, and I’m asking for your help!
Over the years I’ve become more and more interested in reading the works of women from across the globe—partly thanks to things like Eurovisionathon—and it’s made me wonder: who are the most famous women writers from different countries?
That’s where you come in. I’d love for you to share who you think the most famous woman writer from your country is. It doesn’t matter if you’re from the US, the UK, or anywhere else—I think the answers will be fascinating because it’s such a subjective question.
You can leave your recommendations in the comments below, and as they come in, I’ll be talking about some of the authors, picking up a few of their books myself, and sharing the results in future posts. Hopefully, together we can create a global list of incredible women writers to discover!
