Now that it’s October, I’m finally getting excited for all the new books 2023 is going to bring us. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some of the ones that have already grabbed my attention, and I thought I’d start off with some romance releases today. I just have five here today so let’s jump straight in.

Exes and O’s by Amy Lea

I have to admit that it was mostly the cover that drew me into this one—I love a good illustrated cover and I love the colour palette of this. I’m also a big fan of contemporary romances where one (or both) of the leads is a romance reader themselves, and this one has that too. It’s due to be released January 10th.

The Nanny by Lana Ferguson

Sticking with contemporary romance, this one, as you may have guessed, follows a woman who is working as a nanny. But things get complicated when she realises her new boss was once a subscriber to her OnlyFans account. This honestly sounds fantastic and I’m so excited to read it. It’s due to be released on April 11th.

The Fiancee Farce by Alexandria Bellefleur

I love Alexandria Bellefleur’s sapphic romances and this one just sounds fantastic. It follows a bookstore owner and a cover model for romance books as they find themselves in a modern-day marriage of convenience. All of those things sound fantastic to me, so I can’t wait to give this a try. It’s due to be released on April 18th.

Ana Maria and the Fox by Liana De la Rosa

I’ve not really been reading that much historical romance these days, but they definitely still catch my eye. I added this one to my TBR before I read any Liana De la Rosa—I tried something from her in July and didn’t love it, but I still want to give some of her others a go. This one sounds fantastic, and it’s also her first traditionally published title which is so exciting. It’s due to be released on April 4th.

Radiant Sin (Dark Olympus #4) by Katee Robert

Of course, I had to add this one to this post! I’ve been holding off on reading book three, Wicked Beauty, even though I bought it when it was released, because I just don’t know whether I’m ready for it yet. The first two books both destroyed me and simultaneously put me back together, so I expected nothing less from book three and this one next year. It’s due to be released on February 7th.
