Here we are with this year’s second-to-last watching and listening post. As has been the theme this year, I really don’t have that much to talk about here. I had planned to watch a bunch of spooky things in October, but that didn’t end up happening so I’ve only got a couple of things from November, but let’s get into it.
TV Shows
My partner and I continued our watching of Poirot from 1×04 to 3×02—it was honestly a very mixed bag, and there were some really strange ones in season two that kind of threw us off. We’ve taken a few week’s break from watching any, so we’ll probably get back to this in December.
Movie Rewatches
My partner and I watched Spider-Man (2002) and Spider-Man: No Way Home in late November—I’d been sick for a few days at that point and wanted to watch something that would make me feel better. No regrets there, honestly. And then a week later, when I was still feeling terrible, I decided to watch The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers one day because I hadn’t watched them in probably about four years.
Also not a movie, but we went to see Hamilton in early November. This was my third time seeing it, but it was my partner’s first time—I loved just as much as I did the first two times and he’s now completely obsessed.
