October Wrap-Up: Reading, Life Update + More

It’s been a while since I had enough to talk about to warrant doing a wrap-up, but October proved to be a good month finally. It’s still a pretty short wrap-up, but let’s jump right in.

Reading

I’m actually really happy with my books for October, even though I’d been hoping to get through one more. I loved all of these books—in fact, they were some of my favourites of the entire year. Quality over quantity, right?

TV & Movies

I didn’t really keep track of what I watched in October, but there wasn’t a whole lot. I did watch a bit of Law & Order: SVU and I’m now up to the start of season 5. I’ve been feeling kind of bored of it lately, most of the episodes are standalones and there’s no real correlation between one episode to the next. I’ve heard this changes eventually and so I’m just pushing through to that.

Life Updates

October flew by! My dad came to visit for a couple of days at the start of the month and then it was my 29th birthday. I had a craft day with three of my friends to celebrate and I really enjoyed myself. Unfortunately, later that week my RSI really started to play up and I’ve had to take a break from knitting until late November. I’ve honestly been bored out of my brains without knitting to distract me when I don’t feel like reading or anything else.

And that’s it for October!
