Can you believe 2021 is literally right around the corner? And I’m sure you know that with each new year comes every single blogger sharing their goals for the next year. I’ll certainly be sharing a couple of posts in January about specific goals, mostly bookish and writing ones, but today I thought I’d do more of a ‘what can you expect from me in 2021’ kind of post. So here we go…

More Book Buying Bans

I did a few month-long (and sometimes two months) buying bans this year and I’m really glad I did. Don’t get me wrong, I still got a lot of books but I also saved myself from getting a lot of books I probably didn’t really want. I’ve been on a ban now since the end of November which will carry me through until the end of January, and then I’ll continue to alternate months. I’ll be sharing my progress throughout the year as well.

More Non-Bookish Content

I’ve always told myself that it was okay to share non-bookish content but it really wasn’t until this solo blog that I felt really comfortable in doing that. I’ve already done a few posts in 2020 but I plan to do more of that in 2020. I don’t really know what shape this is going to take yet.

Some of the Same Old Stuff

A New Year doesn’t always me new stuff, right? I’ll definitely be continuing with some of the same old stuff I’ve been doing like my favourites & disappointments and watching & listening posts every month. Plus the occasional TTT or review. You know, the usual book blogger stuff.

More Crossposting

I’m absolutely terrible at remembering to share my Booktube videos on here and Twitter, so that’s definitely something I’m going to be working on for 2021. I just finished up doing Vlogmas, which you can see here, so I’m having a little break in this space between Christmas and New Years’ but I’ll be back in 2021 to share all those videos on here as well. I’m not quite sure how this will look yet either, but stay tuned!

More Discussions with Angel

Probably the most exciting part of the New Year is the fact Angel and I will be continuing our discussions. We’ve done a few here and there previously, but in 2021 we will be bringing you a discussion every month. We alternate between our two blogs each month, so making sure you’re following both of us so you don’t miss out on any of those.

I think that’s everything I really wanted to mention today. Obviously, there’s no telling how this year would go so 2021 is really up in the air. But thank you all so much for joining me this year, and I’ll see you in a few days time.
