It’s time for my next bingo board!
I started doing these little boards in June and I really enjoyed it, so I’ve decided to continue on. Today I’ll be sharing my results for July as well as my new board for August. So let’s jump into it.
I think I did pretty well in July all things considered—I even managed to get a bingo this time. So the prompts I covered and the books I used for them go like this…
Random author last letter V: The Grief Keeper by Alexandra Villasante.
Published in the last year: These Violent Delights by Chloe Gong.
An authors debut: Henry Hamlet’s Heart by Rhiannon Wilde.
A book with a map: Neon Gods by Kate Robert.
Seasonal: Refraction by Naomi Hughes.
Here’s how the board is looking for August. There are a couple of prompts I’m really excited for—mostly non-fiction and a sequel because I’m in the mood for both of those things. Both friend pick and translated also help with other challenges so that’s a bonus as well.
In terms of books I’m going to pick, so far I’ve got Red Doc> by Anne Carson in mind for title beginning with R and The Wolf, The Boy and the Stars by Shivaun Plozza for set in a fantasy world/town.
I’m really, really excited to share the board I have planned for September with you all next month but until then, I’ll see you all again soon.
