I’m the absolute worst at finishing series. If you’ve been around here a while, you’ve probably gathered that by now. But today I thought I’d talk about four of the series I’d really like to finish before the end of the year, and here we go.
Girls With Sharp Sticks by Suzanne Young

I was so beyond excited for the third book in this series to be released this year—I even read the first book in preparation to marathon the rest of the series, and then I just didn’t. Here’s the thing; this wasn’t even a case of me not enjoying the first one as much the second time around or anything, I still genuinely loved it, but I just never started the second. It’s definitely a goal of mine to actually finish off this series before the end of the year, and it’s honestly probably one of the easier ones on this list to finish.
The Kane Chronicles by Rick Riordan
I made it my goal this year to finish this series before December so that I could reread the Heroes of Olympus series over Christmas. Well it’s the end of August and I’ve only reread the first one, so I should probably get a move on with this. I have started book two, The Throne of Fire, at least so that should count for something right?
The Knight Miscellany by Gaelen Foley

This is another one that feels pretty within my reach to be quite honest. I just finished up books four and five (Devil Takes a Bride) last week and there are only two books left in the series now. I’ve been really loving this series but I’m also excited to have it done and see where it ends up. I’ll hopefully have a little post up about this series soon, so if you’re interested in that stick around.
Bergman Brothers by Chloe Liese
Staying on the romance theme, I really want to finish off this series as well. I read the first one last year as part of one of the ‘best friend picks my romance TBR’ posts I did with Angel and I loved it. (You can also see this years version of this post that we did the other day). I believe there are still a few more books to come out in this series, but it’d be nice to catch up with them nonetheless. I have them all as eBooks though, and I’m terrible at remembering to read those.
That’s it for today! What series are you hoping to finish off?
